For Junior Hindi Translator
- Candidates should possess a Graduate and Master’s degree in Hindi/English as a compulsory/elective subject from a recognized university. A diploma/Certificate in Translation with 2 years experience.
Sub-Divisional Officer Grade-II
- 10th pass and at least 2 years Diploma/Certificate in Surveying or Draftsman (Civil).
Hindi Typist
- 10th pass and typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

- For Sub Divisional Officer – Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- (Level-4 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC).
- For Hindi Typist – Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- (Level-2 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC).
